At Calm Pregnancy, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase. Because all of our products are digital downloads, please read this policy carefully before buying.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
This is standard practice for digital products, as they cannot be "returned" once accessed. We appreciate your understanding.
Before You Purchase
To make sure our product is right for you, please:
- Read the full product description, including the number of pages and what's included.
- Review the preview images to see exactly what you'll receive.
- Confirm that your device can open and view PDF files.
- Note that these are digital files — no physical item will be shipped to you.
If Something Goes Wrong
We truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help:
- You did not receive your download link.
- The file appears to be corrupted or won't open.
- You received the wrong product.
In these cases, we'll gladly re-send your file or resolve the technical issue. Please reach out at hello@calmpregnancyplanner.com with your order number, and we'll respond as soon as we can.
